目的 　探討腹腔鏡與小切口直腸癌根治術對患者機體細胞免疫功能的影響。
方法 　選取2010年1月至2011年6月期間我院行腹腔鏡及小切口直腸癌根治患者102例，其中腹腔鏡組53例，小切口組49例。 采用流式細胞儀測定患者術前1d及術后第1及第5天外周血中CD3、CD4+、CD8+、CD19及NK細胞比例的變化，研究不同手術方式對患者細胞免疫功能的影響。
結果 　術后第1及第5天，腹腔鏡組和小切口組患者的CD3、CD4+、CD8+、CD19及NK細胞比例（數(shù)）均較術前明顯降低（P＜0.05）。同腹腔鏡組比較，小切口組術前及術后CD3、CD4+、CD8+、CD19及NK細胞比例（數(shù)）的差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義（P＞0.05）。
結論 　腹腔鏡與小切口直腸癌根治對患者機體細胞免疫功能的無明顯影響。
