目的  探討腹腔鏡與小切口直腸癌根治術對患者機體細胞免疫功能的影響。
方法  選取2010年1月至2011年6月期間我院行腹腔鏡及小切口直腸癌根治患者102例,其中腹腔鏡組53例,小切口組49例。 采用流式細胞儀測定患者術前1d及術后第1及第5天外周血中CD3、CD4+、CD8+、CD19及NK細胞比例的變化,研究不同手術方式對患者細胞免疫功能的影響。
結果  術后第1及第5天,腹腔鏡組和小切口組患者的CD3、CD4+、CD8+、CD19及NK細胞比例(數(shù))均較術前明顯降低(P<0.05)。同腹腔鏡組比較,小切口組術前及術后CD3、CD4+、CD8+、CD19及NK細胞比例(數(shù))的差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05)。
結論  腹腔鏡與小切口直腸癌根治對患者機體細胞免疫功能的無明顯影響。
