目的探討原發(fā)性甲狀旁腺機(jī)能亢進(jìn)（PHPT）小切口單側(cè)探查的適應(yīng)證和探查經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法對(duì)我科1992年1月至2001年12月所作的26例小切口單側(cè)探查病例的臨床病理資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果小切口單側(cè)探查26例，成功25例。結(jié)論對(duì)診斷明確且準(zhǔn)確定位者先采取定位側(cè)小切口； 冰凍切片證實(shí)為甲狀旁腺腫瘤，且病理學(xué)特點(diǎn)與其臨床表現(xiàn)、實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查和定位診斷相符者可僅行單側(cè)探查。
