可溶性P選擇素可抑制多形核中性粒細胞通過整合素CD11b與血管內(nèi)皮細胞粘附，有明顯的控制炎癥的作用［1］，也可介導某些腫瘤細胞與內(nèi)皮細胞的粘附［2］，與腫瘤的發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)移有關。為探討血漿可溶性P選擇素水平在乳腺癌患者手術前后的變化及意義，我們檢測了42例乳腺癌患者手術前后血漿可溶性P選擇素水平，現(xiàn)報道如下。
1資料與方法
正常對照組36例，男女各18例，年齡23~55歲，平均37.6歲，系健康體檢者，于早晨取空腹靜脈血。乳腺癌組42例，年齡27～68歲，平均47.6歲，均為臨床Ⅱ期患者，并行根治性手術，其中行乳腺癌根治術15例，乳腺癌改良根治術27例。組織學類型： 單純癌29例，浸潤性導管癌5例，髓樣癌3例，硬癌3例，粘液腺癌2例。分別于術前1 d、術后第1 d、15 d和30 d早晨取空腹靜脈血，應用可溶性P選擇素ELISA試劑盒（蘇州醫(yī)學院血栓病研究所提供）檢測血漿可溶性P選擇素。所得數(shù)據(jù)用±s表示，用t檢驗和方差分析進行組間比較。
