目的  研究早期胃癌MiB-1表達與臨床病理的關系。
方法  采用免疫組織化學法,對99例早期胃癌手術切除標本進行檢測。
結果  MiB-1增殖指數(shù)(MiB-1 PI)與患者年齡、腫瘤大小、部位及浸潤深度有關。分化型腺癌MiB-1 PI高于低分化腺癌(P<0.01); 胃壁淋巴管浸潤或淋巴結轉移陽性腫瘤的MiB-1 PI較高(P<0.05)。MiB-1增殖等級(MiB-1 PG)與患者術后生存率有關,MiB-1 PGⅠ、Ⅱ級術后生存高于MiB-1 PG Ⅲ、Ⅳ級(P<0.05)。
結論  即使在胃癌早期,腫瘤的不同增殖水平亦與患者的預后直接相關。
