為研究胃大部切除術后殘胃粘膜屏障損傷與殘胃粘膜癌前病變的關系,在甲基硝基亞硝基胍(N-methy-N’-nitro-Nnitrosoguanidine,MNNG)誘發(fā)犬殘胃粘膜癌前病變過程中,胃鏡下定期行殘胃粘膜活檢的同時,對跨胃粘膜電位差(gastric transmucosal potential difference, GTPD)及粘膜細胞核DNA含量進行了動態(tài)測定。結果:隨著殘胃吻合口粘膜病變加重,GTPD值呈漸進性下降趨勢,且GTPD值與相應粘膜細胞核DNA含量之間呈顯著負相關關系。本實驗結果提示:隨著殘胃粘膜屏障損傷程度的加重,粘膜組織細胞惡變潛能就越大;殘胃粘膜屏障損傷在殘胃癌前病變發(fā)生過程中起著至關重要的作用。
