放免法測定43例行大腸癌根治術(shù)患者空腹血清、癌組織及癌旁粘膜中胃泌素水平。結(jié)果：大腸癌患者空腹血清胃泌素水平明顯高于正常血對照組(Ｐ＜0.05)；根治術(shù)后卻明顯降低(Ｐ＜0.05)，且與血對照組比無顯著性差異(Ｐ＞0.05)。高分化腺癌組血清胃泌素水平變化明顯；癌組織及癌旁粘膜中胃泌素水平均高于正常大腸粘膜(Ｐ＜0.05)。本結(jié)果提示：胃泌素對大腸癌的生長可能有調(diào)控作用，測定血清及癌組織中胃泌素水平有助于了解大腸癌的生物學(xué)特性及指導(dǎo)對大腸癌的激素治療。
