為探討門脈高壓性胃病的發(fā)病機(jī)理，將Wistar大鼠42只隨機(jī)分為肝硬變組(LC組，n＝15)、門靜脈狹窄組(PVS組，n＝15)和假手術(shù)組(SO組，n＝12)，以觀察其血流動(dòng)力學(xué)指標(biāo)、胃壁結(jié)合粘液(GP)、胃粘膜內(nèi)源性前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平、胃基礎(chǔ)泌酸量(BAS)以及H＋返滲量(H＋BD)。結(jié)果：LC組及PVS組大鼠內(nèi)臟血流量較SO組明顯增加(Ｐ＜0.001)，但胃粘膜卻處于缺血狀態(tài)；其GP和PGE2含量也較SO組顯著下降(Ｐ＜0.01)，其中LC組又較PVS組更低(Ｐ＜0.05)；BAS 3組間無(wú)差異，但LC組及PVS組大鼠之H＋BD明顯高于SO組(Ｐ＜0.001)，且以LC組最為顯著。本實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果提示：門靜脈高壓大鼠胃粘膜屏障功能遭到嚴(yán)重破壞，尤以肝硬變大鼠為甚；門脈高壓性胃病的發(fā)生與胃粘膜屏障功能削弱有關(guān)；肝功能受損參與胃粘膜病變的發(fā)生。
