報(bào)告經(jīng)病理及手術(shù)證實(shí)的直腸重復(fù)畸形7例，其中3例為囊腫型，4例為管狀直腸重復(fù)畸形。囊腫型的主要癥狀為瘺口經(jīng)久不愈及腫物壓迫造成的排便困難。管狀直腸重復(fù)畸形的主要癥狀為排便困難，并伴有不同形式的泌尿生殖系統(tǒng)畸形。7例患兒中4例伴有脊柱畸形。
