重癥肺炎是造成重癥加強治療病房（ICU）患者死亡的主要原因之一[1]。前白蛋白（PA）是肝臟合成的負性急性時相蛋白，半衰期短，能準確地反映肝臟損害的程度，但在評價患者預后及嚴重性方面還存在有爭議[2，3]。故此，本研究通過動態(tài)觀測重癥肺炎患者PA變化，探討其與病情嚴重程度及預后的關系。
