原發(fā)性肺非霍奇金淋巴瘤( primary pulmonary non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, PPNHL) 是一種起源于肺內(nèi)淋巴組織的罕見的惡性淋巴瘤。PPNHL 臨床表現(xiàn)無特異性, 確診大
多依賴組織學(xué)依據(jù), 故臨床誤診率高, 誤診時(shí)間長。2009 年5 月我科確診1 例, 診斷過程反復(fù)曲折, 現(xiàn)將該患者的臨床表現(xiàn)、CT 及病理表現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。
