目的分析從肺癌術后患者分離的病原菌特征,為術后感染的預防和治療提供病原學依據(jù)。方法回顧性分析 2009年 1月至 2011年 12月華西醫(yī)院收治的 159例肺癌術后患者的病原微生物學資料,其中男 142例,女 17例;平均年齡( 61.8±9.6)歲。按常規(guī)方法留取標本進行菌種鑒定和體外藥敏試驗。結果病原菌主要分離自患者痰液標本( 90.6%,155/171)。常見菌種依次為白色念珠菌( 25.7%,44/171)、肺炎克雷伯菌( 15.2%, 26/171)、鮑曼 /醋酸鈣不動桿菌復合體( 13.4%,23/171)和銅綠假單胞菌( 8.2%,14/171)。39.1%(9/23)的鮑曼 /醋酸鈣不動桿菌復合體分離株為多重耐藥菌株, 23.1%(6/26)的肺炎克雷伯菌分離株產(chǎn)生超廣譜 β-內(nèi)酰胺酶,銅綠假單胞菌分離株對抗菌藥物保持較高的體外敏感性。結論肺癌術后患者的病原菌主要分離自痰液標本,白色念珠菌及革蘭陰性桿菌是主要病原菌,應作為術后感染預防與治療的重要目標。
