目的 　通過對(duì)1例原發(fā)于宮頸的胎盤部位滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞腫瘤（PSTT）的資料及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的復(fù)習(xí)，全面介紹胎盤部位滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞腫瘤的臨床特征、病理特點(diǎn)、治療方式及預(yù)后。 方法 　對(duì)收治1例罕見原發(fā)于宮頸部位的PSTT的臨床病理資料進(jìn)行分析，并以“胎盤部位滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞腫瘤”為主題詞查閱中國(guó)知網(wǎng)（CNKI）及PubMed等文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí)。 結(jié)果 　該例原發(fā)于宮頸部位的PSTT患者術(shù)后化學(xué)療法后，目前情況良好，已隨訪3年，無復(fù)發(fā)及轉(zhuǎn)移征象。2011年9月1日前，CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)共報(bào)道300余例PSTT病例，PubMed數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)共160余例，其中有2例原發(fā)于宮頸部位的PSTT。原發(fā)于宮頸部位的PSTT罕見，易誤診，往往需要宮頸活組織檢查或?qū)m頸搔刮才能確診。 結(jié)論 　原發(fā)于宮頸部位的PSTT的預(yù)后是否遵循PSTT尚需收集更多的病例證實(shí)。PSTT因其發(fā)病率低，臨床表現(xiàn)多無特異性，通常需要通過診斷性刮宮、活組織檢查甚至術(shù)后病理檢查才能確診。PSTT首選的治療方式為手術(shù)，多數(shù)患者病灶清除后可治愈，對(duì)有高危因素的患者術(shù)后宜選擇依托泊苷+甲氨蝶呤+放線菌素D+環(huán)磷酰胺+長(zhǎng)春新堿（EMA-CO）方案或依托泊苷+甲氨蝶呤+放線菌素D+依托泊苷+順鉑（EMA-EP）方案進(jìn)行化學(xué)治療，以期改善預(yù)后。
