目的:研究非小細(xì)胞肺癌中PGSK-3β、CEA、C-myc的表達(dá),探討它們與肺癌臨床病理因素的相關(guān)性及在肺癌中三指標(biāo)之間的相關(guān)性。方法:運(yùn)用免疫組化法檢測(cè)90例肺癌PGSK-3β、CEA、C-myc的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果 肺腺癌PGSK-3β陽(yáng)性率明顯高于鱗癌(P lt;0.05),臨床Ⅲ-Ⅳ期陽(yáng)性率顯著高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期(P lt;0.05)。周圍型肺癌CEA陽(yáng)性率顯著高于中央型肺癌(P lt;0.01),有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移者陽(yáng)性率顯著高于無(wú)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移者(P lt;0.05)。肺癌中、低分化組C-myc陽(yáng)性率顯著高于高分化組(P lt;0.05);C-myc陽(yáng)性強(qiáng)度表達(dá)呈拋物線狀趨勢(shì),在中分化組顯著高于低分化組和高分化組。肺癌中PGSK-3β與CEA表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(P lt;0.05)。 結(jié)論:PGSK-3β促進(jìn)肺癌的演進(jìn)過(guò)程,與肺癌的分化、分期相關(guān)。肺癌高表達(dá)CEA時(shí)癌組織異質(zhì)性粘附增加,有利于其浸潤(rùn)與轉(zhuǎn)移。肺癌中C-myc表達(dá)增加是肺癌發(fā)生中的常見分子事件,與癌細(xì)胞分化有關(guān)。肺癌中PGSK-3β與CEA表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)。
