目的 探討靜脈血栓形成的復發(fā)因素。
方法 檢索與靜脈血栓復發(fā)因素相關文獻,通過meta分析判斷多種因素與首次靜脈血栓形成后復發(fā)的關系。
結果 共納入12篇相關文獻,meta分析結果顯示,首次靜脈血栓治療后復發(fā)與男性、年齡<50歲、伴發(fā)惡性腫瘤或抗磷脂綜合征相關;與首次靜脈血栓類型和有無誘因無明顯相關性。
結論 靜脈血栓復發(fā)與多因素相關,對存在復發(fā)因素的患者應適當延長抗凝時間,預防血栓復發(fā)。
