目的 　探討NDRG2基因在人原發(fā)性肝細胞肝癌及正常肝組織中的表達及其臨床意義。
方法　 收集原發(fā)性肝細胞肝癌及正常肝組織標本，采用免疫組化ABC法、Western blot法及Real-time PCR法檢測原發(fā)性肝細胞肝癌及正常肝組織標本中NDRG2蛋白和mRNA的表達情況，并結合圖像分析，比較兩者表達的差異。
結果 　NDRG2蛋白在肝癌組織及正常肝組織中的表達陽性率分別為16.67%（5/30）和100%（30/30），2組差異有統計學意義（P＜0.05），且陽性表達呈現在細胞質中，細胞核中未見有表達。圖像分析結果顯示，NDRG2蛋白在肝癌組織中表達的相對含量為0.029 0±0.005 9，在正常肝組織中為0.109 2±0.002 8，前者低于后者，其差異具有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。Western blot法檢測結果與免疫組化染色結果相一致，在肝癌組織及正常肝組織中均檢測到NDRG2蛋白，肝癌組織中NDRG2蛋白相對表達量為1.13±0.15，低于正常肝組織的1.57±0.18（P＜0.05）。Real-time PCR分析結果顯示肝癌組織中NDRG2mRNA表達量為0.89±0.15，低于正常肝組織的1.48±0.17（P＜0.05），但肝癌Edmondson-Steiner分級的各級肝癌組織之間NDRG2mRNA表達量差異均無統計學意義（P＞0.05）。
結論 　NDRG2基因在原發(fā)性肝細胞肝癌及正常肝組織中可能存在差異性表達，提示該基因可能參與了肝細胞肝癌的發(fā)生和發(fā)展，但其具體作用及調控機理有待進一步研究。
