目的探討手助腹腔鏡技術在胃癌根治術中的可行性。方法回顧性分析2例手助腹腔鏡胃癌(賁門癌)根治術患者的臨床相關資料，包括手術時間、手術相關并發(fā)癥、術中出血量、手術清掃淋巴結數(shù)目、術后并發(fā)癥、腸道功能恢復時間、術后住院時間等。結果2例手術均獲成功, 分別施行手助腹腔鏡根治性全胃切除術及遠端胃大部切除術，手術時間分別為310 min和220 min，無手術相關并發(fā)癥，術中出血量分別為120 ml和80 ml，手術清掃淋巴結數(shù)目分別為38枚和52枚，術后無繼發(fā)性出血、腸瘺、吻合口漏等并發(fā)癥，2例患者術后順利恢復出院。結論手助腹腔鏡胃癌根治手術是安全、可行的，但還有待進一步評估。
