目的研究Lumican在結(jié)直腸癌組織中的表達(dá)，探討其與結(jié)直腸癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展的關(guān)系。方法應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)鏈霉菌抗生物素蛋白過氧化物酶法(SP法)檢測Lumican在114例結(jié)直腸癌組織及43例癌旁正常結(jié)直腸組織中的表達(dá)。結(jié)果Lumican在正常結(jié)直腸組織中無陽性表達(dá)，在結(jié)直腸癌組織中表達(dá)陽性率為79.82%(91/114)，在結(jié)直腸癌組中Lumican表達(dá)陽性率明顯高于正常結(jié)直腸組織，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P lt;0.05)。結(jié)直腸癌組織中Lumican表達(dá)強度與結(jié)直腸癌的分化程度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(rs=－0.246，P=0.008)，在Dukes分期的A+B期中明顯低于C+D期，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.047); Lumican的表達(dá)與結(jié)直腸癌患者的年齡及性別差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P gt;0.05)。結(jié)論Lumican在癌旁正常結(jié)直腸組織中不表達(dá)，在結(jié)直腸癌組織中有表達(dá)，提示其可能與結(jié)直腸癌的發(fā)生有關(guān); 且Lumican的表達(dá)可能與結(jié)直腸癌細(xì)胞的分化及Dukes 分期有關(guān)，其在細(xì)胞內(nèi)表達(dá)狀況可作為判斷結(jié)直腸癌生物學(xué)特性的有用指標(biāo)。
