【摘要】目的 探討外源性透明質酸酶(hyaluronidase, Hyase)對人乳腺癌細胞ZR-75-30侵襲潛力及血管形成能力的影響。
方法 通過建立體外侵襲模型和應用雙室聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)技術,觀察外源性Hyase對ZR-75-30細胞穿透Matrigel(人工基底膜)的能力以及誘導血管內皮細胞形成血管能力的影響。
結果 實驗組的穿膜細胞數(shù)為(70.625±11.64)個,明顯高于對照組的(22.125±6.09)個(P<0.01); 實驗組的血管管腔數(shù)目為(34.5±2.4)條,明顯高于對照組的(8.5±1.5)條(P<0.01)。
結論 外源性Hyase有促進人乳腺癌細胞侵襲及誘導血管形成的作用。
