摘要:目的:探討PTTG的表達(dá)在非小細(xì)胞肺癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展中的作用及其與CMYC蛋白表達(dá)的關(guān)系。方法:應(yīng)用免疫組化SP法檢測(cè)PTTG、CMYC二種蛋白在44例非小細(xì)胞肺癌、20例肺良性病變組織和12例正常支氣管粘膜上皮組織中的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:PTTG和CMYC蛋白在非小細(xì)胞肺癌組織中的表達(dá)明顯高于肺良性病變組及癌旁組織,在TNM分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組間差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。非小細(xì)胞肺癌組織中PTTG與CMYC表達(dá)呈顯著正相關(guān)。結(jié)論:提示PTTG和CMYC可能參與了非小細(xì)胞肺癌的發(fā)生和發(fā)展,可作為反映其生物學(xué)行為的指標(biāo)。Abstract: Objective: To investigate the expression of PTTG and its relationship with expressions of CMYC protein in human nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods: Immunohistochemical methods were applied to detect the expression of PTTG,CMYCproteins in 44 surgical specimens from NSCLC patients,20 pneumonic benign lesion and 19 normal bronchial epithelium. Results:There were high erexpressions of PTTG,CMYC in NSCLC tissues than inadjacent tissues and benign lesions.There were statistical relationships between their expressions and TNM stage,lymphnode metastasis.The expression of PTTG was positively correlated with CMYC. Conclusion: Overexpression of PTTG,CMYC may be related to human NSCLC,PTTG and CMYC play a cooperative role inthe process of NSCLC,all of them may be used as important indices for biologic behavior of NSCLC.
摘要:目的:研究垂體瘤轉(zhuǎn)化基因在非小細(xì)胞肺癌組織、肺良性病變組織和正常支氣管黏膜上皮組織中的表達(dá), 初步探討其與非小細(xì)胞肺癌發(fā)生發(fā)展,侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系。方法:(1)用SP免疫組化法檢測(cè)76例臨床石蠟組織標(biāo)本(44例非小細(xì)胞肺癌、20例肺良性病變組織和12例正常支氣管黏膜上皮組織)中的PTTG蛋白的表達(dá)。(2)用RTPCR法分析PTTG mRNA在不同性質(zhì)肺組織中的表達(dá)情況。〖HTH〗結(jié)果〖HTSS〗:(1)PTTG蛋白在不同性質(zhì)肺組織中的表達(dá)差別具有明顯差異;在TNM分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組間差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。(2)PTTG mRNA在不同性質(zhì)肺組織中的表達(dá)差別具有明顯差異(Plt;0.001);在TNM分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組間差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:細(xì)胞肺癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展及轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。Abstract: Objective: To investigate the association between PTTG expression and biological behaviors of human nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PTTG in 76 cases of paraffinembedded specimens (including 44 surgical specimens from NSCLC patients, 20 pneumonic benign lesion and 19 normal bronchial epithelium).Realtime RTPCR was performed to detect PTTGm RNA expression in 44 cases of fresh carcinoma and corresponding adjacent normal mucosa specimens.Results: The expression levels of PTTG was significantly different between normal mucosa and adenoma tissues.There were statistical relationships between their expressions and TNM stage, lymphnode metastasis. Conclusion: PTTG may play an important role in carcinogenesis、development and metastasis of human nonsmall cell lung cancer.
